NCS-5000 is an automatic
high-speed sorting machine for LED. The machine can
classify ranks of LED and store it into bulk bins by
checking its brightness and electric characteristic.
The machine has two indexes. The first index can sort
and eject defective works. There are three stages to
test works in order to save a lot of checking time.
The machine can effectively and speedily classify works
compared to our previous machines.

NCS-1700 is a high speed
sorting machine for LED.
NCS-1700 tests the brightness, tone of color, and electric
characteristics of LEDs supplied from parts feeder(ETC)
by contacting LED from side or top. After the process,
NCS-1700 sorts the devices into the bulk bins according
to the test results. Cycle time is up-graded up to 0.2sec/pc(test
time 0.1 sec/pc or less) compared with the previous
Nihon Garter machine.
Adopting touch panel input system, sorting programs
can be programs can be input freely. |
